VP – Financial Risk Transformation & Integration
Are you currently working within Market Risk or Credit Risk and looking to use your technical expertise in a broader, more strategic role?
We are seeking a Financial Risk professional to lead Risk workstreams across major transformation, acquisition integration and strategic change programmes within a capital markets environment.
You will move away from day-to-day risk calculations while using your technical knowledge to:
- Integrate new businesses into the wider Risk framework
- Design and implement target operating models
- Translate risk requirements into effective frameworks, controls, governance and reporting
- Assess whether controls are operating effectively
- Develop metrics to measure whether integrations have been successfully embedded
You must have:
- Direct experience working within Market Risk or Credit Risk
- Strong capital markets and financial products knowledge
- Experience supporting large-scale change or integration programmes
- A broad understanding of market, counterparty, liquidity, model and operational risk
- Strong stakeholder management and delivery skills
This is not a traditional Project Manager position. We are looking for someone directly from a Financial Risk team who wants an exciting career move into transformation and integration.
