We’re recruiting on behalf of a high growth fintech client in the online trading and investing space, an established yet agile firm competing with names like eToro, Capital.com, Trading 212, and Freetrade.
They're expanding their UK sales division and looking for a commercially sharp Sales Executive to help convert qualified leads into active traders and investors. The Opportunity
As Sales Executive, you'll be joining a performance-driven, yet collaborative team focused on user acquisition, activation, and retention. You’ll handle warm leads (no cold calling), speak directly with potential clients, walk them through the platform, and help grow engagement with key financial products like stocks, ETFs, CFDs, and crypto (where permitted).
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales experience in trading platforms, fintech, FX/CFD, or investment apps, looking to take the next step with a reputable, regulated platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage inbound leads via phone, email, and video to guide them through the onboarding and trading process
- Educate prospective users on platform features, account types, and available instruments
- Work toward clear KPIs: conversion rate, funded accounts, first-trade volume
- Liaise with compliance, onboarding, and product teams to improve customer journeys
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on pipeline performance
Candidate Requirements
- Experience of B2C sales experience in a fintech, trading platform, brokerage, or related sector
- Confident understanding of trading products (stocks, ETFs, CFDs, crypto)
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
- Track record of working toward revenue targets and KPIs
- Experience in an FCA-regulated environment is preferred
- Language skills (e.g., Spanish, Italian, German, Arabic) are a bonus but not essential
