We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Regulatory Reporting Manager to take ownership of Long Position and Major Shareholder Reporting obligations, including Takeover Panel filings. This is a high-impact role within Operations, responsible for ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements while driving process improvement, risk mitigation, and regulatory change management.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing reporting controls, interpreting regulatory developments, and working cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams to deliver robust and scalable reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Long Position and Major Shareholder reporting requirements
- Oversee Takeover Panel filings and ensure timely, accurate submissions
- Maintain full compliance across applicable regulatory reporting regimes
- Demonstrable experience in regulatory reporting major shareholdings and long position disclosures
- Strong understanding of regulatory reporting obligations and their operational impact
- Experience managing reporting for major shareholdings and long position disclosures
