Iβm currently working on a confidential search for a Head of Compliance at a fast-growing FinTech firm. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for a large compliance team, including junior staff and recent graduates.
Due to the sensitive nature of the search, only limited details can be shared publicly.
Key Requirements:
- SMF16/17 approval (currently or previously), or served as a Deputy to an SMF holder
- Background in FinTech or broader Financial Services
- Strong working knowledge of Consumer Duty
- Experience building or delivering Compliance Monitoring Plans (CMPs)
- Proven ability to lead and develop large, junior-heavy teams
- Energetic, approachable, and hands-on leadership style
