We’re representing a specialist executive search business operating within Financial Services Compliance & Risk, backed by a global private equity-backed recruitment group with over £350m in annual turnover and 300+ employees worldwide. The Opportunity

  • Working directly with the founders, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling an already established platform across the UK, USA and UAE, while retaining the autonomy expected in a true executive search environment.
  • You’ll be trusted to:
    • Own and deepen your market within Compliance & Risk
    • Build long‑term, senior client relationships across Financial Services
    • Deliver high‑quality contingent and retained executive search mandates
    • Expand into adjacent sectors or geographies with full backing and support
    • Contribute strategically to the next phase of international growth
