Compliance Manager – 6 Month Contract

Base Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 (pro rata)

Location: London (hybrid working available)

We are currently supporting a leading financial institution in their search for an experienced Compliance Manager to join on a 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in regulatory compliance within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on compliance matters, ensuring adherence to UK and EU regulations.
• Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of compliance frameworks and policies.
• Conduct reviews and assessments to identify potential regulatory risks.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the business operates within its regulatory obligations.
• Assist with preparing reports for regulators and senior management.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience working in a compliance role within banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of UK regulatory requirements (FCA, PRA) and broader European frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines in a contract environment.
