A leading global investment management firm is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join its London-based legal team. This is a broad and intellectually engaging role offering exposure across fund structuring, corporate initiatives, regulatory matters, and wider asset management activities on a global scale. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate fund formation documentation including LPAs, PPMs, subscription agreements, and side letters
  • Support legal work relating to investment management, distribution, introducer, rebate, and marketing agreements
  • Advise on product launches, entry into new jurisdictions, and broader strategic business initiatives
  • Provide guidance on regulatory developments impacting the asset management industry
  • Assist with corporate governance matters and board-related work
  • Work closely with the wider global legal and compliance teams on business-critical projects
