About the Role
We are working with a fast-scaling, confidential fintech client revolutionising the trading and investing landscape. Positioned alongside major players like Trading212, Freetrade, Capital.com, and eToro, they are expanding rapidly into the UK market and are now seeking a results-driven Affiliate Partner to accelerate user growth through high-impact partnerships.
This is a high-visibility, hands-on role ideal for someone deeply embedded in the UK fintech and affiliate space. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, building, and managing affiliate partnerships and influencer relationships that deliver measurable performance and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the affiliate marketing channel, developing and managing a high-performing network of partners, influencers, and content creators.
- Source and onboard affiliate partners aligned with the brand’s growth strategy.
- Build strong relationships with affiliates to maximise engagement and campaign performance.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise partner performance using real-time analytics and tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure campaigns meet regulatory standards and business goals.
- Represent the brand at industry events, networking opportunities, and within online fintech communities.
- Provide regular market feedback to improve acquisition tactics, incentives, and partner experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development - ideally within fintech, trading, investing, or high-growth startups.
- A strong network of UK-based affiliates, influencers, or publishers in the finance, investing, or personal finance sectors.
- Performance-driven with a clear understanding of CPA, CPL, and revenue-share models.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking tools.
- Experience navigating compliance-led environments and a good understanding of UK financial regulations.
- Additional languages (e.g. Italian, German, Polish) are a bonus.
