The role:
This is not an entry level role. We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and proactive Marketing Executive, keen to hit the ground running and become an integral part of our growing team across multi-channel marketing, bursting with energy, ideas to share, develop and bring to life.
You will be joining our friendly, small yet mighty ETO team. You’ll shape & grow the ETO culture in its exciting growth years. This is the perfect opportunity to play to your creative strengths and grow.

In 2019, we launched the ETO wine decanter, an award-winning wine preservation decanter that allows wine to be savoured over time, without compromising on quality. The ETO design studio was founded in 2012 by London-based Tom Cotton & Dina Jahina.
ETO is genuinely a unique product in the premium luxury homeware, primarily D2C, shipping to over 100 countries. As we grow, we are expanding our brand-aligned retail and hospitality partnerships in the UK and internationally.
You’re joining at an exciting time – the new ETO 750 launch, rebrand, and being awarded the most prestigious business accolade, the King’s Award for Enterprise in 2025.
Responsibilities
- Social Media: Develop and implement engaging strategy and content for organic platforms.
- Asset Creation: support the Creative Brand Lead on a creative level. Work with external partners to create sales and marketing assets for paid channels. Contribute to the creative and editorial for the photography and videography shoots.
- Copywriting: Research to curate compelling and engaging content and copywriting for the weekly newsletter and monthly Journal, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Creative & Research: Broad and deep research, an intuitive curiosity to seek out and share new ideas and stay on top of the latest design, wine, food trends, seasonal dates.
- Brand Partnerships: Bring ideas for collaborations and brand partners. Thinking outside the box.
- Events Marketing: attending events, creating PoS assets, creating assets for on & offline retailers.
- PR Support: Work closely with our CMO and PR agency to develop strategies. Pitch to press.
- Reporting: Feed into the monthly report. Familiarity with evaluation and measurement methodologies to track success and drive continuous improvement.
- Ad hoc operational support: during peak times, working with the Commercial Manager on operational support and Customer Services support.
- Ad hoc research: to support NPD, campaign activations, markets etc.
The ideal candidate
- An individual with energy and enthusiasm to learn and grow in this diverse role and make it their own. Who will embrace an opportunity and be open to take on a challenge.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role (marketing, social, digital, brand, design), ideally with a premium luxury brand.
- Experience and understanding of paid digital marketing.
- A genuine interest and curiosity to discover and learn about wine, design and popular culture.
- Good production and video editing skills. Creative and enthusiastic – ideally proficient in Adobe Creative software: Photoshop/InDesign/Premiere Pro/Illustrator.
- Adaptable to new technology, including AI and comfortable to use as a support tool.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for copywriting in the brand style for an international customer base and adapting for different platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail for graphic design and proofreading.
- A genuine can-do attitude and start-up toolkit: initiative, energy, a high degree of comfort in an unstructured environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate and contribute, share ideas and manage multiple priorities. To take ownership and responsibility.
- Proficiency/understanding of Microsoft. Comfortable learning new platforms (Shopify, Gorgias, Klaviyo).
- Professional, friendly, trustworthy and reliable. A positive character who creates a positive working environment.
