Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Paid Ads Specialist, based in Farnham. The Paid Ads Specialist will design, implement, and manage paid media campaigns via platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive high-quality inbound inquiries for our clients. Responsibilities include:
- Optimizing ad performance
- Conducting A/B testing
- Analyzing data to measure campaign success

Qualifications
