Role Summary
This opportunity involves joining a large Account Management Team, engaging with and nurturing relationships with existing eToro clients. Ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing/support role seeking to advance their career within a global social trading and investment company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality trade and administrative support via phone, email, and live chat
- Attend client meetings with Senior Account Managers as needed
- Support clients using products including OTC derivatives, stocks, and investment options
- Gain knowledge of financial instruments such as stocks, options, futures, FX, cryptocurrencies, bonds, and commodities
- Assist clients in understanding P&L, margin requirements, order types, fees, and trade issues
- Offer execution-only trading services over the phone after training
- Help clients navigate the platform, understand features, and cross-sell relevant services
- Conduct daily market updates to inform clients of key developments
- Investigate and resolve trade disputes or escalations
Requirements
- Degree-level education in any discipline
- 1+ years of experience in a client-facing/support role
- Experience in trading, investment, FX payments, or similar is advantageous
- Interest in financial markets, trading, and global economic trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of putting clients at ease
- Ability to understand client challenges and offer solutions
- Confidence in mental arithmetic and numerical reasoning
- Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Efficient management of client records and administrative tasks
