Eton is looking for a new store manager to our shop in shop at Selfridges in London, UK. Your actions will have direct impact on the performance of the stores and the company’s success. Responsibilities
- Reaching set sales budgets and KPI’s
- All operational matters at store level
- Maintain Eton’s Customer Service Excellence
- Hire, coach and develop team members
- Be a role-model and lead by example
- Initiate and implement Eton events at store level
- Staff schedule management
- Responsible for opex at store level
- Partner with corporate outlet supervisor on maintaining correct inventory levels and identifying product needs
- Overseeing standard operating procedures / implement efficiencies in store routines (best practices)
- Training on store operations
- Manage POS and other digital applications and systems
- Inventory management
- Obsolescence and theft
- Liaison between store and landlord
The position reports into the Head of Retail. The position starts May 1st with possible start later.
