Eton College is seeking a proactive IT Helpdesk Assistant to provide first-line support for staff and pupils across hardware, software and network systems. You will resolve issues, log requests, and ensure timely, high-quality service in a busy independent school environment.
You will support Microsoft 365 applications and Apple devices, work 35 hours per week on a rolling rota (8amβ4pm and 10:30amβ6:30pm), and participate in safeguarding and confidentiality practices as part of our trusted team.
