Eton Clarke is hiring for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team focused on front office hiring within investment banking. If you are commercially minded, enjoy building relationships and want to transition into a professional, long-term career with real earning potential, this could be the right move.

We work with leading global investment banks, helping them hire across Sales, Trading and Debt Advisory. You will receive full training to build your knowledge of financial markets and develop the skills to manage high-level recruitment processes and client relationships.

What the role involves:

  • Developing relationships with senior candidates in banking and finance
  • Supporting live mandates and managing end to end recruitment processes
  • Conducting detailed market research and talent mapping
  • Sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews
  • Contributing to quarterly market reports and insight led content
  • Working closely with senior consultants on both candidate delivery and business development
  • Developing your own client relationships and specialism

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in sales, recruitment or a commercial client facing role
  • A 2:1 degree or equivalent academic background
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional, proactive and commercially aware
  • A genuine interest in business or financial markets
  • Someone looking to build a serious, long-term career in recruitment
  • Additional languages are a bonus but not essential
