Job Description

Eton Clarke is working with a global financial institution as it looks to scale its structured asset finance business. This newly created role represents a unique opportunity to join a high-performing platform where you will play a pivotal role in shaping origination, execution, and strategic growth.

The firm manages a strong balance sheet and offers asset finance solutions across leasing structures, asset-backed lending, and infrastructure project finance (junior & mezzanine debt). The successful candidate will drive new business, execute complex transactions, and influence the sector-wide investment strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Originate and source transactions across EMEA infrastructure markets.
  • Conduct detailed investment analysis and present findings to investment committees.
  • Lead end-to-end execution: modelling, due diligence, structuring, negotiations, and documentation.
  • Oversee portfolio management activities including performance monitoring, reporting, and approvals.
  • Shape new business initiatives, identifying emerging trends and high-potential subsectors.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years’ experience in infrastructure/project finance or structured debt investing.
  • Expertise in junior/mezzanine debt with a strong understanding of credit processes.
  • A proven ability to lead and close transactions, managing all counterparties effectively.
  • Strong origination skills with existing client networks in the infrastructure space.
  • Commercially driven with the ability to support growth strategy across multiple asset classes.
