Job Description
Are you a senior dealmaker with deep expertise in Leasing and Infrastructure Finance? Join a reputable global investment bank in London, leading complex, high-value transactions across structured asset finance. This is your opportunity to shape landmark deals across aviation, transport, renewables, and energy, working at the forefront of cross-border structured lending.
Responsibilities:
- Originate and execute bespoke leasing and infrastructure finance solutions (finance/operating leases, PPPs, asset-backed lending).
- Lead complex deal structuring, negotiations, credit approvals, and documentation.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders across legal, risk, tax, and coverage teams.
- Build and expand client relationships with corporates, sponsors, and infrastructure developers across EMEA.
Requirements:
- 10–15 years in structured finance, leasing, or infrastructure lending.
- Strong execution track record in complex transactions (transport, energy, renewables, or core infra).
