Director - Head of Structured Finance Solutions (London)

Eton Clarke has been mandated by a leading international financial institution whom is seeking a senior professional to head its Structured Finance Solutions team within the Leasing division. This is a high-impact leadership role, focused on driving growth through the origination and execution of junior and mezzanine debt transactions across asset-backed and project finance opportunities.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the Structured Finance Solutions team, managing origination, structuring, and execution of complex transactions.
• Drive P&L growth, meet revenue targets, and expand deal diversity across products and asset classes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and internal stakeholders across the EMEA region.
• Represent the business externally, leading negotiations, deal closings, and marketing initiatives.
• Play a key role in product development, with a focus on junior/mezzanine debt opportunities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members while overseeing credit processes.

The ideal profile will have:

• Significant experience in structured finance, with expertise in junior debt, mezzanine, and/or project finance.
• Strong credit and structuring skills with the ability to analyse and oversee financial modelling.
• Established client relationships and proven track record in winning, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Additional European language skills are advantageous.
• Degree from a leading university or equivalent professional qualification.
