Key responsibilities:

  • Analyse actual spend against budget and forecast, identifying key variances, risks, opportunities, and recommended corrective actions.
  • Produce monthly development finance reporting for senior leadership, investors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Partner with project teams to monitor progress, cost movements, procurement activity, change orders, and schedule impacts.
  • Ensure alignment between project controls, cost reporting, and financial forecasts in collaboration with relevant finance teams.
  • Support treasury activities through accurate cash flow forecasting and capital deployment insights.
  • Develop dashboards and automated reporting solutions to improve visibility and decision-making.

Successful profile:

  • Experience operating in an infrastructure or asset heavy business is ideal.
  • Comfortable being hands on in an immature/early stage business.
  • Experience in financial and CAPEX modelling.
  • Communicate effectively with other business partners and stakeholders.

#Qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
