Recruitment and Training Manager – Sales
We are working with a FTSE250 company to appoint a Recruitment and Training Manager – Sales. This role collaborates closely with the HR team and reports to the EU Operations Director, focusing on recruiting and developing high-performing sales teams across Europe to support the company\’s goal of doubling its size within five years.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with regional and divisional managers throughout Europe
- Providing strategic vision and hands-on execution to enhance sales talent pipelines across Europe, supporting organic growth from 500 to 2000 employees in five years
- Leading a recruitment team of two specialists
- Training and developing the sales team through e-learning, coaching, and mentoring to foster a high-performing culture
Essential experience required:
- Fluent in French
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5-15 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Experience recruiting sales candidates
- Management experience leading a team
Location and travel: The role is based onsite in north-west London three days a week, with regular travel within the UK and Europe.
