We are delighted to be working with a recently invested in platform business within the Financial Services sector. With the backing of one of the most respected mid‑market PE houses, our client is looking to achieve significant growth in the space largely by M&A on a buy and build platform.

We are looking for an experienced M&A practitioner, who can take ownership of originating, managing and executing multiple transactions looking at both hub and spoke targets. Working closely with the CEO, you will be at the heart of what promises to be an exciting growth story.

The right candidate for this role will have a background in the FS teams of either Corporate Finance within a leading advisory practice (Big 4) or mid‑tier investment banking. Furthermore, you can demonstrate leading multiple deals over the last 5‑10 years, ideally (but not essential) within an in‑house/corporate development role within a financial or professional services organisation.
