We are partnering with a global diversified group, actively looking for a UK based M&A Associate Director. This busy team executes 15+ transactions a year globally and is one of the most exciting large businesses to work with when it comes to Corporate Development/in-house M&A.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with leaders across the business, supporting origination efforts to drive growth via M&A.
- Working in a busy Corporate Development team of 5, supporting senior colleagues on larger transactions and helping guide junior colleagues on smaller transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and manage external advisors, managing the multiple parties involved in the transaction processes.
Candidate Profile
- Your career is rooted in Corporate Finance or Transaction Services within a leading advisory firm or investment bank and you have a track record of supporting multiple M&A deals over the last 7-12 years.
- Experience of working in an in-house M&A/Corporate Development role within a large (£500m + rev) business would be a plus.
- Strong strategic, commercial, and analytical skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
South London/Surrey, office based role.
