We are working with a Greek luxury hospitality group to find a motivated, hands-on UK Sales Director. You will be strengthening relationships and driving commercial performance across this key region, representing the brand across key partners in the UK and contributing to the continued growth of the hotel portfolio. The Sales Director will act as a key ambassador for the group in the UK. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents and trade partners. You will also represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and networking opportunities, ensuring the brand is positioned with distinction in the luxury hospitality market. As the first UK-based sales leader for the group, you will be hands-on and self-motivated, with the potential to grow and lead a UK-based team in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with travel agents and tour operators within the UK and Ireland
- Act as a dedicated regional ambassador for the group
- Conduct regular sales outreach, client visits and product presentations
- Organise and deliver presentations, webinars, and training sessions for travel trade partners
- Represent the company at regional and national trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events
- Promote the full hotel portfolio and maximize visibility within the travel trade
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across leisure, group, and niche markets
