We have been retained by an ambitious AI, Technology Consulting firm, looking to expand in the UK. Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead and execute sales strategy across the UK market.
As the Sales Director, you will:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across target industries.
- Engage senior stakeholders (C-suite, VPs, Directors) with consultative credibility.
- Position tailored, consultative solutions in AI, digital transformation, and tech consulting to solve complex business challenges.
- Utilise your existing network, as well as generating new relationships to grow the business.
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent progression.
- Collaborate with consulting leaders and solution architects to deliver compelling proposals and pitches.
- Initially this will be an individual contributor role, with growth, this individual will be expected to lead a small team.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–10 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development within AI, tech consulting, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-large deals £100k to £750k.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate ROI for transformation initiatives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and consultative approach.
