With the backing of a respected mid-market PE house, our client is in a fantastic position to grow via acquisition to match its impressive organic growth to date.We are looking for an experienced M&A practitioner, who can take ownership of originating, managing and executing transactions looking at multiple targets. This will be a highly strategic role, working with the CEO, wider leadership team and partner at fund level.The right candidate for this role will have a background leading M&A transactions within the Insurance broking space.
