We are partnering with a global Surrey-based business. The company is actively pursuing a range of M&A transactions, both buy-side and sell-side, and is looking for an M&A professional to play a central role in driving its strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Support Origination initiatives
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and deal execution
- Support multiple deals concurrently, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes
- Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to support transaction processes
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company's M&A and corporate growth strategy
- Proven experience in Corporate Finance within a leading advisory firm (Big 4) or investment bank
- Track record of supporting multiple M&A deals over the last 4-6 years
- Strong strategic, commercial, and analytical skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
