We are partnering with a fast-growing hospitality business that is entering an exciting phase of expansion. As part of this journey, they are seeking an experienced Interim Treasurer to play a pivotal role in building and shaping a treasury function from the ground up. This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on treasury professional who can operate both strategically and operationally, laying the foundations for a best-in-class treasury capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and develop a treasury function from scratch, including policies, processes, and controls
- Lead and support the implementation of a Treasury Management System (TMS), ensuring alignment with business needs
- Design and optimise cash management, liquidity planning, and banking structures
- Partner with senior stakeholders across finance and the wider business
- Build and scale a business-as-usual (BAU) treasury team as part of the transformation
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Treasury Accountant (or equivalent)
- Demonstrable experience in setting up a treasury function
- Proven track record of leading a TMS implementation end-to-end
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels
- Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
