We are supporting a privately owned, international education group seeking an experienced Tax Reporting Specialist to lead on moving tax reporting in-house. This is a high-impact role requiring autonomous delivery with sponsorship from the Fractional Head of Tax and close work with advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transition of UK corporation tax compliance from external advisers to an in-house model across a large UK group structure.
- Manage year-end and quarterly tax reporting for the consolidated group, including overseas entities.
- Prepare tax disclosures and tax notes for UK statutory accounts.
- Liaise with auditors and overseas finance teams on tax reporting matters.
- Support the preparation of UK corporate tax computations and related compliance activities.
- Develop effective tax rate modelling and cash tax forecasting.
- Deliver tax-related transformation and process improvement projects.
Candidate Profile
- ACA / CTA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong UK corporate tax reporting and compliance experience.
- Proven track record of delivering tax projects and process improvements.
- Experience within a multi-entity group structure.
- International tax exposure advantageous.
