We have partnered with a SME members-only hospitality business in London to appoint an Interim Finance Director to provide 6-month cover whilst the business hires a permanent FD. This is a BAU leadership role, sitting on the Senior Leadership Team and reporting directly to the CEO, with regular interaction at Board and Committee level. The position is four days per week on site.
Key responsibilities:
- Full financial leadership across a hospitality business with diversified revenue streams
- Oversight of a small finance team
- Responsibility for IT, HR oversight, and Company Secretarial duties
- Ensuring smooth BAU finance operations during the transition period
Candidate Profile:
- Proven Finance Director experience, ideally within hospitality or a membership-based environment
