Eton Bridge Partners are supporting a PE-backed renewable energy business in their search for an Interim Senior Tax Manager. The role will be working closely with the Interim Head of Tax to support on direct and indirect tax matters.
- Lead the delivery of direct and indirect tax compliance and reporting obligations across UK and international entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to relevant regulatory requirements.
- Manage and oversee key tax workstreams, including tax provisioning, transfer pricing, R&D tax incentives, capital allowances, Corporate Interest Restriction (CIR), and anti-hybrid compliance matters.
- Maintain a robust tax governance framework, ensuring effective controls, risk management processes, and timely escalation of material tax issues and exposures.
- Monitor tax legislative changes and assess the impact on the Group’s operations, reporting and projects.
- Drive continuous improvement in tax processes through the adoption of technology, automation, and best-practice approaches to enhance efficiency and control.
- Coordinate tax audits and manage relationships with external advisers, service providers and tax authorities.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to provide clear, solution-focused tax advice.
The role is inside of IR35. Candidates can be paid on a day rate basis or a fixed term contract.
