Job Description
12 month Fixed Term Contract c.£80,000-100,000 requiring an immediate/imminent start.
Our client is seeking an Interim HR Change Programme Manager to implement their HR Shared Services model in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the roadmap of change that will deliver against the key elements of functional and sub function change for the global people function
- Strategy development, process design and change management to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence
- Responsible for overseeing the project reporting of the HR Shared Services model in the UK
- Set out the framework for the change plan that will enable an effective move to the new operating model
- Partner with the People Business Partnering team to ensure effective implementation of structural changes to establish and integrate a business partnering model
- Manage effective stakeholder updates and engagement to ensure project measurement with actions and delivery of tasks to meet Project deadlines
Experience and Qualifications
- Strong HR background in Operational People and Shared Services
- Formal project management qualification
- Change / process management experience
- Highly experienced using project plan design/communication tools e.g. MS Project, Visio
- Experience People systems projects with multiple vendors and stakeholders
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to work interdependently and with minimal direction and handle multiple priorities
