Interim Head of Finance (AR79273)

We are partnering with a UK focused company, to appoint an experienced finance leader to modernise finance operations while elevating commercial insight.

This role offers significant exposure, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to shape how finance supports the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop transactional finance teams across billing, credit control and payables
• Ensure timely, accurate billing, strong cash collection and on-time supplier payments
• Own operational KPIs, driving efficiency through process improvement and automation
• Partner with technology and business stakeholders to improve systems, data integrity and end-to-end leasing processes
• Deliver high-quality executive reporting with clear narrative, insight and forward-looking analysis
• Embed best-practice commercial finance capability and support the evolution of FP&A into a value-add function

Candidate Profile

• Qualified finance professional with circa 10+ years’ post-qualification experience
• Proven experience across managing finance operations and improving FP&A management reporting
