Interim Group FP&A Director (AR56470) (England)

Our client, a large PE backed Global business, are looking for an Interim Group FP&A Director to support them for an initial 6 months, if interested the role could convert to permanent. Our clients office are based just outside of Paris, France with the expectation that you would be able to be in the office 3 days a week.

Duration – 6 months initially

Location – Paris, France office 3 days a week (expenses paid)

Reporting to the CFO, this is an opportunity for an experienced individual to lead the financial planning and analysis function. This role will focus on building a small FP&A team to enable proactive business partnering, enhance financial strategy and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of group-wide business planning and performance processes
• Build out a small FP&A function, across people, processes and systems.
• Provide board-level planning, analysis, performance insight outputs and reporting
• Hands-on approach re. FP&A duties; develop forecast and budgeting material in Excel

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Accountant
• Hands-on in nature and comfortable working in fast paced environment autonomously
• Global FP&A experience in a large matrix international business is mandatory
• Experience working in a business with a turnover in excess of £500m is essential
• PE experience for this role is necessary
• This role will be based in Paris
