We are working with an International manufacturing business, looking to hire an Interim FP&A Consultant asap for a 3-6 month interim period initially, reporting into the Finance Leadership. The expectation is that the assignment will be delivered in a hybrid working pattern…with a combination of remote working and at least 1 day per week in their Berkshire head office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with commercial teams to support budget and planning process
- Provide analytical review of monthly results by region
- Support ongoing improvement of Group FP&A processes
- Ad-hoc data analysis and establishment of set of business KPIs
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Accountant of graduate calibre
- Proven experience in hands-on Group FP&A roles in international businesses
- Experience in a manufacturing business would be preferred
- Outstanding commercial acumen and systems skills
