International privately owned group are looking to hire an experienced and hands‑on Interim Financial Controller as soon as possible for a 3‑6 month interim period, reporting into the Finance Leadership. The expectation is that the assignment will be delivered in a hybrid working pattern, with the majority of each week spent working from their Oxfordshire head office.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform wholesale review of financial balance sheet, across all entities
- Develop a robust set of operational monthly finance processes
- Work with finance leadership to ensure effective internal controls are in place
- Lead on annual audit process and support finance systems improvement agenda
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Accountant
- Experience as a Financial Controller for a multi‑entity and multi‑currency business
- Hands‑on experience of group consolidation work and strong ERP skills
- Proven ability to handle a number of priorities, combined with excellent communication skills
