We are currently supporting a high-growth business who are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join them for a 6 month period, to take ownership of a systems and data integrity project. Reporting into the CFO and working alongside a small project team, this role is focused on restoring confidence in their financial and commercial data – ensuring consistency, accuracy, and governance across HubSpot and integrated systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Finance Business Partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align on data requirements and usage
- Identify what each department needs from HubSpot and work with internal teams to define a clear system goal
- Build governance and structure around HubSpot usage to ensure consistency and a single source of truth
- Work with the HubSpot SME and Business Analyst to consolidate insights and drive forward this project
- Restore data integrity and accuracy across processes – including tackling issues like incomplete cancellation data and conflicting churn reports
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner with a commercial lens and stakeholder management strength
- Comfortable navigating system complexity and understanding data flow between platforms (HubSpot and Snowflake experience highly desirable)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to challenge, simplify, and clarify complex or messy data environments
- Confident operating in ambiguity, driving clarity and process in a fast-paced and evolving business
