We have partnered with a private equity-backed Professional Services business in London (c. £80m turnover) to appoint an Interim Divisional Financial Controller on a fixed-term contract. This is a key leadership role within a growing, acquisitive environment, overseeing a division made up of 7 entities. The role requires a hands-on, technically strong finance leader who can manage a team while supporting a period of change, including a major ERP system implementation. The position is based in London with 2 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 6 finance professionals, ensuring high performance and delivery
- Oversee financial accounting, reporting, and controls across a 7-entity division
