Our PE backed, high-growth SME facilities management business require an Interim Finance Director/CFO to support the PE investors, and wider executive team to drive commercial insights, and support a re-finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver reporting, insights, KPI’s, measurable metrics and financial information – standardising ‘one version of the truth’ across a de-centralised business
- Hands-on ability to drive data insight, operating within a lean finance team whilst also having the gravitas to partner with the PE investors
- Drive the refinance; creating the model, pitching to banks and lenders, drafting SFA etc – managing the process from start to finish
- Be decisive and action orientated, getting under the skin of the numbers to drive meaningful insights in ambiguous environments
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc.)
- Demonstrable experience in a buy and build, private equity backed organisation
- Hands-on delivery; operating in a lean team to deliver on finance and commercial projects
- High support and high challenge individual, with strong EQ
- Experience in a business with a distributed model would be advantageous
