Our client is looking for a commercially orientated and transformation-minded Interim CFO to join their Insurance division on a 12–18 month fixed-term contract, starting June 2025. You will support wider Group Finance peers, alongside the Insurance CEO to drive performance, bring stability during change and support in commercial business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver the strategy for the transformed division
- Lead the finance transformation and deliver a more efficient operating model
- Oversee all financial performance, regulatory requirements, and capital/cash management
- Guide and develop a finance team with a strong focus on capability, morale, and best practice
- Use financial insights to improve business performance and decision-making
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc)
- Demonstrable experience as a senior finance leader in general insurance
- Proven experience working through transformation/change agendas, supporting the business direction and driving continuous improvement
- Strong stakeholder management skills with high EQ and commercial pedigree
- Ability to work on a hybrid basis between London and Kent.
