Eton Bridge Partners have partnered with a PE backed food manufacturing business who are looking to appoint an interim CFO for a 6-month contract. This role is based in the Midlands, requiring 3 days on site a week, while the rest can be remote.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Commercially minded CFO who can partner, challenge and work with the executive to grow the business.
  • Experience of, and success in, assisting with acquisitions and significant capital projects.
  • A leader who will be able to develop and grow the capability of the finance function and influence throughout the business from a balanced, strategic mindset.
  • Help develop decision making around capital to ensure deployment in a way that supports business growth.
  • Comfortable supporting the Executive in a PE business that has historically been privately owned for many years and helping drive the required change in approach.

Proven experience as a CFO in food manufacturing is essential, along with team development, coaching, and mentoring skills.
