Eton Bridge Partners has been retained on an exciting opportunity by an international FTSE100 business to appoint a new HR Business Partner for one of their key divisions. This will require a high performing business partner, who can work at pace alongside key senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving transformation and innovation.
You will act as the key conduit between the People function and the wider business, so will need to be able to provide insight, challenge and thought leadership to influence strategic decisions.
