The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
We are working with a national multi-site educational provider to appoint a Head of HR. This role will work closely with and report into the Director of People to develop the people strategy, as well as the policies and processes for people operations.
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Delivering the HR strategy through the People Partner team
- Establishing, optimising and running the HR Service Centre
- Managing HRIS systems
- Managing Payroll
- Leading on key organisational change and transformation projects
- Leading a team of c. 30
Essential experience required:
- Significant generalist HR leadership experience
- Strong experience in HR operations, payroll and HR business partnering
- Proven track record of establishing and optimising HR operations and HR Shared Service functions
