Eton Bridge Partners has been retained on an exciting opportunity to work for a leading consumer brand, who are looking for a Head of Group Reward Operations. The ideal candidate will have experience across both Reward and Operations, have worked in scaled complex environments, and be used to managing larger teams.
It is a cross-functional role, facing into other functions, with complex stakeholder management, so some change experience is beneficial, as you will be leading on transformative programmes. Systems usage, like Workday, is also useful to have.
