Eton Bridge Partners is working in partnership with a listed, global manufacturing client to appoint a new Head of FP&A for their EMEA region. Reporting to the EMEA CFO, this is a fantastic opportunity to add value and build a strong FP&A function whilst having a broader commercial finance remit at an innovative, market leading company with a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of all FP&A and Commercial Finance activities for the EMEA region, working with the Global FP&A team to ensure alignment.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports with appropriate analysis, comparing MTD/YTD results to forecasts and prior year.
  • Act as a trusted business partner, working cross-functionally to understand business drivers and provide financial insight, analysis and decision‑support to the CFO.
  • Manage and develop a small team while driving continuous improvement in FP&A processes and systems.

Candidate profile:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Strong FP&A skillset with hands on experience driving improvements
  • Commercial finance experience including partnering non‑finance e.g. sales, marketing
  • Manufacturing industry experience, preferably in an international environment
