We are seeking an experienced Interim Group Reporting Manager to lead external financial reporting for our US-listed client for a period of six months. This role is responsible for the preparation and delivery of high-quality SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, and related disclosures, in compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations. The position will also support earnings releases, investor materials, and technical accounting matters, while ensuring robust internal controls over financial reporting.
The successful candidate will partner closely with senior finance leadership, auditors, and cross-functional teams across the Group to drive timely, accurate, and compliant reporting. This requires a qualified individual (preferably ACA/CPA) with strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, prior experience at a similar level is essential.
