FP&A Manager (m/f/d)

Job Title: FP&A Director Salary: £140k base + package
Eton Bridge Partners are working in partnership with a global technology company in their search for a FP&A Director.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the FP&A team, develop and implement advanced analytics models and to oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.

Lead the FP&A team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure alignment with company goals.
Performance Management: Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, and provide variance analysis and recommendations.
Produce and present regular financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and insights.
Identify opportunities for business growth and efficiency improvements through detailed financial analysis and modelling.

Proven experience in leading and mentoring finance teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Extensive knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide clear insights.
Experience with financial software and tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI, Excel) and a keen interest in leveraging new technologies.
