Eton Bridge Partners are working in partnership with a global technology company in their search for a FP&A Director. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the FP&A team, develop and implement advanced analytics models and to oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the FP&A team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Analytics and Insight: Develop and implement advanced analytics models to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Performance Management: Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, and provide variance analysis and recommendations.
- Reporting: Produce and present regular financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and insights.
- Value Creation: Identify opportunities for business growth and efficiency improvements through detailed financial analysis and modelling.
Candidate Profile:
- Significant experience in a senior FP&A role, ideally within a multi-national organisation.
- Must have experience working in a B2B environment.
- Track record working in a regional role.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring finance teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Extensive knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide clear insights.
- Proficient in using advanced analytics tools and methodologies to drive business insights and decisions.
- Experience with financial software and tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI, Excel) and a keen interest in leveraging new technologies.
