Eton Bridge Partners are working in partnership with a global technology company in their search for a FP&A Director. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the FP&A team, develop and implement advanced analytics models and to oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the FP&A team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Analytics and Insight: Develop and implement advanced analytics models to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Performance Management: Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, and provide variance analysis and recommendations.
  • Reporting: Produce and present regular financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and insights.
  • Value Creation: Identify opportunities for business growth and efficiency improvements through detailed financial analysis and modelling.

Candidate Profile:

  • Significant experience in a senior FP&A role, ideally within a multi-national organisation.
  • Must have experience working in a B2B environment.
  • Track record working in a regional role.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring finance teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide clear insights.
  • Proficient in using advanced analytics tools and methodologies to drive business insights and decisions.
  • Experience with financial software and tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI, Excel) and a keen interest in leveraging new technologies.
