We are currently hiring for the exciting role of Executive Search Researcher to join our CFO and Finance practice. The role will work closely with our Partners to ensure smooth delivery and first class candidate management on senior C-Suite searches.
Core aspects of the role will include, but are not limited to,:
- Market mapping and researching key industry trends
- Identifying, engaging and interviewing senior level candidates on a daily basis
- Project managing various assignments to ensure the timely delivery of client mandates
- Internal and external stakeholder management
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in Executive Search or senior level recruitment desirable
- A strong communicator with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Able to work at pace with strong attention to detail
