Eton Bridge Partners are a highly successful Executive Search, Interim Management and Consulting business with expertise across the full breadth of leadership positions. We are currently networking for an Executive Assistant to support one of our busy teams.
The role will offer a high level of administrative and customer service support to the Practice team, their clients and candidates.
Responsibilities will include:
- Full diary management for the consultants and wider team as required (Outlook).
- Booking candidate meetings at the office or offsite.
- Liaising with clients to set up meetings, video conferencing and conference calling for the Consultants and wider team.
- Providing a highly professional ‘meet & greet’ service to all clients and candidates visiting the offices.
- Dealing with enquiries from clients/candidates if consultants are unavailable and acting as the initial point of contact for all new enquiries.
- Compiling and proof-reading client proposals and capability documents for potential new business along with formatting candidate CVs.
We are looking for a candidate with strong attention to detail and organisational skills. The right person will be happy working in a high energy and fast-paced environment within a professional services business.
The role will be based from our Windsor office 3 days per week, 2 days working from home. We also currently offer a nine day working fortnight as part of our benefits package.
