Our client is a well-established innovative technology/engineering business, which has transformed from a founder led business to PE backed over the last few years and is now in a new growth era.
They are looking to hire a Director of People Operations to provide strategic direction and turn HR Operations around into a ‘superstar’ function. They will be responsible for the embedding of an HR system and leading a critical team.
The role will be based in Oxfordshire and we are looking for someone happy to be on site 4 days a week.
It’s a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the HR team; the role will suit an experienced HR operations professional with excellent communication skills and an analytical mind, who is comfortable working at significant pace in a highly complex environment. The role will report into the CPO.
