The predicted salary is between 72000 - 108000 Β£ per year.

We are working with a national multi-site educational provider to appoint a Director of People & Culture. This role will work closely with and report to the CEO to develop and lead the implementation of the People Strategy and support the organisation in delivering its strategic goals.

The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Shape and deliver the overall people strategy
  • Lead and develop the People & Culture team of c. 50
  • Build capability in Talent and L&D
  • Direct line management of 5 including HR Operations, ER, TA and Reward

Essential experience required:

  • Please note that only candidates with educational sector experience will be considered at this time.
  • Extensive experience in senior HR leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful strategies to drive business performance and enhance organisational culture.
  • Strong experience in leading complex change management initiatives and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.

Location: The role will be based in London 3 days a week.
